We each want to know who we are as individuals. We each need to know who we are as individuals. And we each must know whose we are as individuals! Discovery cannot happen alone. We need someone who will have our back in the thick of the firefight, someone who loves us enough to walk with us when we struggle to just walk. "Finding Your Identity," is a 10 week online video conferencing course to help you find your true identity. Each group will have no more than 5 men or women to create a safe and confidential environment in which to share and be open for emotional healing and support. Groups will meet once a week for no more than 90 minutes. The cost is $250 for 10 weeks with a 10% discount if paid in full before the first meeting begins. A $25 non-refundable deposit will hold your spot.

How gratitude changes
our attitude!

One of the things that we firmly believe in is being grateful and how it can play a major role in the healing of PTSD. For those who struggle with PTSD it is so easy to get caught up in the negative circumstances of life it is difficult to see when something good happens, so we challenge people, when we speak, to get a gratitude journal and spend 30 days (at least) finding three new things each day to be grateful for. The trick is that no one thing can be used in the journal more than once. When your focus shifts from the negative to finding things to be grateful for, your attitude will change. Clinical research has proven that gratitude changes your attitude. If this is not a daily practice in your life, try it for 30 days and let us know if you do not see a difference.
